I began my career 25 years ago studying mindfulness in Massachusetts and working on the crisis intervention lines, completing my addiction studies with McMaster University in 2011 . I began working with a varried clientele as an Employee Assistance Counselor assisting with; addiction, depression, grief, trauma, stress management, and anxiety in both children and adults.
